Terms of Service

Last updated: May 7, 2026

By creating an account on app.nudgerator.com or by installing and using the Nudgerator Android app (collectively, “the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What the Service is

The Nudgerator is a reminder app that understands medication refill cycles, free-trial deadlines, and all your recurring tasks that need to be done again, eventually. It is operated by Omega Darling (Zach Shukan) as an individual.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password and any 2FA backup codes secure. Don't share them.
  • One person, one account. Don't create accounts on someone else's behalf without their consent, and don't impersonate.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

  • Store unlawful content or content that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Probe, scrape, brute-force, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Service or other users' accounts.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to data that isn't yours.

The operator reserves the right to suspend or delete an account that is being used to harm the Service or other users. See the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion of your own account at any time, for any reason.

Free service, no warranty

The Service is provided free of charge and “as is.” There is no service-level agreement, no uptime guarantee, and no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose — including, importantly, no guarantee that a medication or trial-deadline reminder will fire on time. Don't rely on Nudgerator as the sole reminder for anything whose failure would cause real harm.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including (but not limited to) lost data, missed reminders, or service downtime. The total cumulative liability of the operator to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) zero dollars or (b) the total amount you have paid the operator for the Service in the twelve months prior to the claim — which, since the Service is free, is also zero.

Changes

If these terms change in any material way, the change will be announced via in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the change means you accept the new terms.
